We work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible—most customers receive theirs earlier than expected.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email you used at checkout.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please try the following:

  1. Check your mailbox and surrounding areas (if applicable)
  2. Allow 1–2 extra days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for a more detailed update

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes.

At Boxed With Love, we process orders quickly so your gift arrives as soon as possible 💛

Because of this, cancellations are only possible within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production or preparing for shipment.
