I called yesterday and talked to someone . It is of no fault of yours but we did not notice that it’s stated that it is from grandmother. It was suppose to be from me the grandfather. They said they would get with the team and get back to us. We were hoping that maybe you had something saying that it was from grandfather or Papa , which is what they call me.As of yet we have not heard back. Thank you Paul Schultz
