If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or work out the best solution for you.

Our team of moms doesn't work on weekends. Family time ; So if you ordered on a Friday past 3pm EST or on a Saturday, please expect it to ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday. 

  • For US orders, it takes around 3-5 business days but almost 90% of our packages get delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
  • For Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Kindly email us support@boxedwithlove.store within 3 hours while your order is still in the production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

Here at Boxed With Love, we pride ourselves with our fast order processing and shipment. As soon as an order is placed, our team of beautiful moms immediately prepare it for dispatched. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at support@boxedwithlove.store
