At BOXED WITH LOVE - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

PRODUCTION TIME:  On average 1-2 working days.

You'll receive notifications when your order is ready & a tracking number when it ships!

  • USA: 5-7 business days.
  • Canada:  5-10 business days
  • Europe & UK: 5-10 business days (ships from Amsterdam)
  • Australia & NZ: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 2-4 weeks

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at support@boxedwithlove.store

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, simply reach out to us within 30 days of placing your order, and we’ll issue a refund—no questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at support@boxedwithlove.store with your order details. We’ll process your refund promptly and ensure a smooth experience.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

We typically ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If you select Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team support@boxedwithlove.store to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

Please contact our support team support@boxedwithlove.store for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.

Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
